Do you offer real property appraisals?List Item 1
No. Our principal does have over a decade of experience with commercial property appraising, but right now we do not offer appraisal reporting.
Instead we can provide high quality BPO reports to help with some valuations, or we can refer you to a certified general appraiser we have worked with before.

BPO vs Appraisal Reports?List Item 2
A broker price opinion (BPO) is professional opinion of value report provided by a licensed real estate broker. It is typically shorter in length and less expensive to order than an appraisal.
A "BPO" does not meet the same federal/state requirements needed for appraisal reports. Rather, it is often used for simple projects like internal valuations, family transfers, pre-listing, ect.
We can provide reporting services with or without a listing involved.

How much does a commercial listing cost?List Item 3
The commission rate and process of hiring a commercial broker is usually about the same as hiring a residential realtor to sell a house.
Each commission varies a little by needs, and is split up between the agents involved. The seller pays the entire commission upon a sale or signed lease.
CRE broker tasks during the course of a normal listing include advertising, negotiating, owner communications and transaction guidance to completion.

Will you work with other agents?List Item 4
Yes, almost always! We will work with other agents (commercial and residential MLS) on the other side of transactions.
We ask outside agents to notify us early on to be included in any splits. We also offer out and accept in referrals with residential agents.
We do not partner with outside brokers to list a property.
