Mr. Norton has an additional level of valuable experience working with medical providers and investors. This comes through many personal and professional connections in the Michigan medical industry.

For starters, he has sold and valued dozens of medical, dental, psychological and veterinarian offices across the state for private practices. These included handling a variety of complex situations like dividing office condo units, approaching retiring owners for off-market / seller financed purchases, and working with local city governments on medical parking ordinance issues. These properties require a steady hand and we can provide a number of client references upon request.

Mr. Norton's wife, Monica, is also a hospital-based IM physician as well. Many of their closest family friends are physicians and office staff who are looking for help with CRE investments or next location expansion. We take pride in "speaking the same language" of how providers look at real estate. We can offer help with real estate portfolio questions too.
